This design is based entirely on css and does not make the use of a single table in its layout. It is also Valid xhtml 4.01 Transitional. As the template is entirely css based it is simple to change all the colours of the seperate elements. Each tag in the Style Sheet is labled so that you know what you are editing. It is also easy to add background images to different elements should you want to by adding 'background-image:url(path/to/image);' to the part of the style sheet that you want to have a background image.
